turn off ur caps for starters...
all dpends wat ur goals are w/ the car etc...probly upgrade ur intake, get a set of plugs that are colder, an MBC and an safc, maybe a few exhaust pieces, and take boost upto watever u can on stock injectors/turbos/motor??

mbc = manual boost ctrller, u can get electronic ones, better in some ways, but, pricier, and if ur not willing to go north of 2 Gs on mods, that maybe ur best shot...u can turn up ur boost with it...more boost = more power
safc = an apexi device to paly w/ ur airfuel, i dont know the 3s-gte motor, at all, ha, but goin to a few more lbs than stock u might wanna get one to add some more fuel to the increased boost levels..
safc = 200-400, look around on ebay etc, or forums
mbc -- like 50 bux
im sure some1 whos got an mr2 will b able to giv u a lot more info on all this tho...
