Default E53 BMW X5 replacement shocks? Hard to find.

My 2003 X5IS (4.6L) needs new front shocks/struts. I'm not picky with the replacement brand. This is just my daily driver. Monroe doesn't seem to have anything for this car.

    So far I found:

Does anyone have any recommendations to consider?

Obligatory pics. Note the douch M badge. I actually really love driving this thing. Removed one of the 3 mufflers and put an X pipe in. Sounds good.

Check RockAuto - priced out some SACHS 290240 (front left) and SACHS 290239 (front right) came out to around $375 CAD shipped including taxes/duty with a 5% off RockAuto code. If you got the Bilstein's it would be around $100 more.

Well imagine if instead of writing that letter to the editor, she just posts on a car forum for car enthusiasts. That's Kritafo.

^ Are you stating the price per shock, or for 2?
