I can only do reps (8-10) with 160..but thats on the Bowflex, which is "suppose to be harder" thabn freeweights, but i really have no clue because i only have 80 pounds worth of freeweights..so i can do that about 50 times with ease.....my rep wieght has increased quite a bit in the last 3-4 months, when i started using the bowflex i could only bench reps of 110-120....which was pretty sad for a guy my Size..( 230...use to be 255 before i started with the weights) i should be doing reps of 200 pretty soon..i'll be happy with that for now.
