iPod mini or iPod shuffle

Which would you get and why?

From what I see, the shuffle will be $129 cdn from the apple website, and it will double up as a 2.0 USB Flash Drive. Very nice I must say! However it only has 512MB ram. Apple is coming out with a 1GB shuffle, so if 512 ain't enough for you, you might want to wait for the 1GB.

I dont know which is better investment. I do need to get a flashdrive anyways for school, and a 1GB one is $120 roughly .

I would get an Ipod Mini. I have one and its awesome.
All the convenience of a USB drive, but with LCD screen to actually see what song you are changing to/currently playing.

1GB is $189 to be exact. My brother just ordered from the apple website. It will hold approx. 240 songs. I got myself the 512 MB which I think is enough for me, as I only need to use it in the gym. It will hold 120 songs. It cost me $142 after expediated shipping.

^Exactly, thats why I got it. The price they have is very good. LCD or no LCD who gives a shit. LCD would have made it more expensive, and I am gonna be using it in the gym anyways.

512mb has a whooping discount of $1.00, ..512mb is more then enough i think
