haha wow glad i wasnt at that game
Wow...no shot clock. Imagine if you won the tip off and held on until the just before the half ended before taking a shot. Same thing happens in the 2nd half...you'd have a game with only 2 shots and with the state not using a shot clock, it's entirely possible.
omfg hahaha
haha, I came here from the main page and thought that was the score for the Beyond Basketball game. That woulda been embarassing...

weakkkk who cares if you suck and don't really have a chance
Yah cause that's a good way to teach the players how to compete!
When I was in junior high our junior high girls team beat another school with a score of 125-10. That was pretty wicked.
If I remember my history correctly, that's why the NBA (or perhaps, other competitive leagues) instituted the shot clock. Scores used to be very low. Not as low as 5-2 mind you, but still low.
At the same time, I wonder why the other teams didn't pressure the ball? If you can create turnovers and capitalize on those opportunities, you'd force the other team to actually play.

Does he even know the score?Smith said the slowdown was implemented because BFA (7-4) has a strong scoring presence, while Milton (2-8) does not. The Milton players believed their best chance to be competitive was to just hold onto the ball.
The strategy almost worked.
"We had a shot go off the rim that would have tied it," Smith said. "We were one possession away to tie the game. We have not been in that position for quite some time."
terrible!!! poor kids! how can you stand there for that long and not do anything!
coaches that allow their teams/players to do that should be fired
a school like that shouldn't even be allowed to no longer have a basketball team...no point
If you were BFA and had a strong scoring presence, you would that that more defensive pressure would be a good idea.

this isn't basketball, this is complete bs.
wow that is outrageous
how is that possible!?!?! were the players sleeping/sedated?? you almost need to be laying down on the court or shooting from your knees to have a score like that. ......thats complete bull....

Dear Silvia,
you have a wonderful car, what is it? Also, how did you put your name on the back, how much did it cost? How much do you think it would cost to put "The Crazy" on the back of my civic?...Thank You

i would be embarrased to stand there with my thumb in my ass for a whole game!
Hahahaha! that's awesome. Coach, sub me! My hands are tired!
Some people are funny. They spend money they don't have, to buy things they don't need, to impress people they don't like.
I can't believe a coach would resort to something as gutless as this. If I was a parent of a student playing on his team I would demand that he be dismissed. What's the point of competition the way he played the game?
