I have a Clarion DXZ745MP deck that is Sirius ready. I know I need a tuner and antenna. Can't find too many sources online. Anyone know where I can purchase these items in Edmonton or wherever for that matter.

sounddomain.com has the clarioin tuner box and antenna. You can get both for about $100 us. I've used them in the past and have had no problems.
Thanks Man, I checked it out and the price was cheaper than the bid on ebay I had going. Should be here in 10 days or so.sounddomain.com has the clarioin tuner box and antenna. You can get both for about $100 us. I've used them in the past and have had no problems.

Ya, its not going here yet. They're having hearings on whether or not to give contracts to these satellite companies. The big thing with Sirius is Howard Stern signed a $500 mill. contract to move to Satellite. The CRTC is going to try and ban him from our airwaves. I know XM is working here, but I already paid for a Sirius Clarion deck. I'll have to get an american address if Canada is being stupid about it.U still gota get a US Addy for Sirus dont you?
Just find someone that is willing to lend you their address all they get is some junkmail so nothing big.
Just look online and get an address anywhere in the US, then pre-authorize them to auto bill your credit card every month. Thats what most are doing and having ZERO problems!

Already have my clarion tuner/antenna in the mail.
Once it shows up let us know how the reception is, etc.
I have had Sirius for about six months now and it is great! The only time that reception is an issue is when driving downtown by the high rises or going underneath an overpass sometimes. Other then that I get great reception. I drove out to Vancouver this past summer and in the mountains I had no problems with reception. And I had this in Fort McMurray as well and it was clear up there as well. I would recommend it to anybody!
