So i have gone on creatine a few times, but never really knew how to use it properly but i have a few questions:
What is the recommended times to use creatine because when i was talking to a nutritionist she was tellin me that she finds that when people took creatine before working out they found it was almost better than taking it post working out?
And the other question i had was what is the point or difference in people taking Tuarine or Dextrose? how do they help during taking creatine and which one should i use?
As well when should i be taking it during training days, once when i get up and then after or before working out?
And what about off days?
