    Isnt drinking distilled water bad for your health? 40-50L/day would be pretty expensive too!

    How are you able to even drink that anyways? 50L would be more than 4 litres per hour. Which is pretty close to impossible IMO.

    Good tips everybody.

    As for mixing up the routine, should I change the whole thing drastically or just swap in some different exercises here and there?

    It is. I forget the exact #, but the max your pody can process is somewhere in the 12-20L/ day mark.
