    Default Increased Bench Press

    Just thought I would share a little success story...

    I just benched 225 4 times... last 2 were with spot

    I know it aint great for someone who wieghts 200lbs but for me it was a goal to do it at least 1... Ever since I started to pay more attention to working my Legs by doing squats Ive noticed Ive become alot stronger..

    People don't believe it when you try to tell them that doing squats will help contribute to increased lifts all over....
