yes thanks for all of ur advice about the exhust/suspension stuff hopefully I'll advance myself in picking the set of rims for myself next spring.

please feel free to throw everything at me good or bad about these wheels, Ive been drooling over them for the past year. your inputs will greatly affect my decision in picking the best set of rims possible. thanks y'all

yes the SSR is the most expensive, followed by the OZ then the rota which are cheapest of the bunch and very common. but SSR is also the lightest in that order...

my main question is, they all look nice but 17" or 18" thats alwayz the hardest choice to make. 18" looks very aggressive but so are the tires and they do weight more as well..

so what do you think?

I'd go SL in 17's.

12 lbs. 17" SSR wheels are the way to go for the best performance. If you are going for lookings, get something cheaper like the Rota's.

I've always been partial to the Superleggeras, but then I might be biased since i have a set on my car. If you are going for performance, just get the lightest, strongest wheels you can afford. Avoid 18s at all cost for a performance application, no matter how light. If you're going for looks only, bigger is better apparently.

thanks all looks like everyone agrees with lighter, stronger wheel. though the more expensive of course.. whats a good place to start shopping for wheels? I hear they are around 500-600 per rim for the SSRs

id get the rota subzeros, you can get the whole set (18's) for probably around 1200...just so you know they never made a 17" subzero in gm with polish lip only in 18s
