Walking in snow..good cardio !
Yesterday (monday) I went for my normal walk.I'm up to 8.5 kms now. Yesterday was the first time I've walked that far in the snow.It took me almost 2 hours , 15,000 steps , and I kept my heart rate over 115 bpm for 94 minutes,and for most of the time it was in the 125-130 bpm range. When I finnished , I was totally exhausted !! Walking in 3-4 inches of snow is hard !!
It's now 3 am Tuesday, I'm at work, and my legs still ache. Definately a good workout !!
