    Default FS: 1997 Gen3 3sgte w/standalone

Okies I'm posting this as a feeler to help me decide what i want to do for a project car. Engine is Located in Lethbridge Alberta but can be shipped almost anywhere

What i have is a 1997 Gen3 3sgte motor, tranny, turbo, complete w/running EMS and wideband o2 sensor.

    Specifics:
-1997 3sgte w/approx 50,000kms (looking under the valve covers this is believeable)
-Valve cover, cam gears, throttle body inlet are powder coated black cherry
-Intake manifold powder coated argent silver (almost chrome)
    -1997 5speed box w/lsd
    -CT20b (very good condition)
-St205 A2W intercooler (on the way from japan)
-HKS SSQV Blow off valve and genuine HKS mr2 adapter
    -Walbro 255lph fuel pump
    -NEW Toyota Timing belt

    Electronics:
    -Megasquirt EMS
-Ford EDIS module controlled from megasquirt
-Relay board (just wire switched power, constant power, ground and an starter button and it runs)
-Custom built mount for the crank trigger sensor
    -Zeitronix Wideband o2 sensor
-Custom built wiring harness w/GM weather proof quick disconnect connectors

-Custom built engine stand w/radiator and fuel tank (gas can with fuel pump) This stand can be modified to become an enclosure for worry free shipping but I built it with its intended purpose to be an engine stand while i wired up and base tuned the EMS.

I would only consider selling this as a complete package and will include everything listed with the megasquirt loaded with a base map that will get it at least idling, the EMS controls both fuel and spark with many modifications available including launch control, traction control, nitrous control, boost control, engine bay fan control, water injection control, and many others. It is an open source project and has MANY different features. The biggest feature is that once you have a base map and if you are using a wideband o2 sensor it has the ability to fine tune the map to the desired a/f ratio you specify.

PLEASE only serious inquiries and keep in mind that this is for a low mileage gen3 complete drivetrain coming with a standalone EMS and wideband 02 already installed.

The price i'm looking to get would be in the neighbohood of $6500us or offer in that neighborhood, and this is a top notch quality jdm motor, not one of those crappy 200,000kms motors that have had the oil changed twice in its life (i've been through my fair share of those) This motor ran a 13.2@102mph on its only outing at 17psi with horrible factory intercooler location and the rest completely stock, stock mk2 exhaust, both catalytic convertors, stock electronics, etc etc.

the fram was just to get it running :-)

the wiring is actually really horrid looking in all these pics cause they were taken a few months ago when all i was worried about was trying to get it running. its ALOT cleaner now, i'll get some new pics when i get a replacement digital camera after my last one got stolen.

Yeah, its good if you like gimmicks, but a Toyota filter and a filter wrench comes on and off easy, AND filters the oil better

Plus, you don't want to crank your filter on as hard as you can anyway !
