Let YOUR timeslip do the talking against whomever is talking shit. There's plenty of keyboard racing to be done on both sides but it comes down to who's faster in the end. The guys bragging up other guys cars while they run 15s are the real ricers/rednecks.

man just ignore them. I always get bashed by my friends who drive 5.0's and other domestics and ussually i just don't care about what they say. anyways why waste time with someone who is bashing what you enjoy.

Haha WTF are you talkin about? ppl bash VW's all the time! Maybe not BMW's and what not, but the others are targets just the same as the rest!

These guys are right, no point in trying to find an 'ulitmate line' to defend your import or your domestic for that reason cause people are passionate enough about their opinions of "what's better" that they will continue fighting you no matter what you say to them.

The worst that I've ever heard driving in my Daytona was from a Stang owner. (No offense as I love Stangs.)

I was cruising down MacLeod 2 summers ago and I took chase on 3 Stangs with Rorke Racing stickers on there back windows. The 3 Stangs lined up at a light I pulled up behind them in the far right lane. Light turned green they were racing eachother, the middle 5.0 fell back from the crowd (auto) I changed lanes and pulled hard on all 3 coming from behind. I than raced the quicker one 2 more times from other lights and repeatedly handed him his ass. He pulls beside me yelling out "You're lucky you got that Turbo or you'd be losing." in a smart ass tone. I yelled back "it's not the turbo that made me win, it's cause Yer Car is Slo."

Or something like that anyways. I have found that after I whoop imports they are usually to embarassed to even give a thumbs up, as they usually hang back about 10 cars or pull the old ricer flyby 5 min. after they catch up to me.
