I draw a pentragram on my garage floor, sacrifice a lamb on it, spread the blood everywhere, and park my car there overnight. I tried praying, but it didn't work, so pagan rituals it is.
But then again, thats because I drive a DSM. I personally have found my car very reliable, but thats because I get lamb at a good price.
I'd go with BK as well!
I grew up with only my family making it. (french family) I have tried NYF, KFC, A&W, Burger King. Not one did I find good. Anyone know a place in edmonton that is as good as the stuff from Quebec? Last time i was in montreal had it at that DeCarie place. My god it is the best poutine i have ever had
anything more then a handfull is a waste.

NY fries is probably the best. i love the gravy and fries. wish they sold them in bigger portions tho lol

I'm a big fan of KFC Poutine, but also like the poutine from Harvey's.
I Love Rocky's. Haven't tryed their poutine yet though.Originally posted by 2.0turbo
If anyone on here actually thinks that anywhere else has better poutine, it's only cause you haven't tried rocky's aka burger bus. They are located on 48th ave and 11th street SE. Do yourself a favor if you like poutine and try it.
I had poutine from Dairy Queen in Invermere BC. It was damn good. I don't know if it would be as good here though.
Also Gino's @ westbrook!
I used to go to BK for poutine, but now they give you such a small amount and it is always to salty!

New to the scene and doing a run through of this forum 'cuz I love food! Only place in Edmonton you get real poutine is the Poutine Place near Southgate. The full name is Le Grande Fromage. They use real curd. And real fries (the love of my life!!) Cheap too.
i think classic jacks might be the best i have, its 499 and comes in like a pho bowl
Quebec is the poutine capital.
they make it with fresh potato fries, none of this fastfood chain crap fries. and mounts of cheese and gravy
I remember a couple of years ago when poutine was finally making it big. One of the canadian news channel went to a small town where the average person ate poutine at least 3 times a week.
Man! I could go for some La Belle Province/Lafleurs/Decarie Hotdog (these are the 3 best spot to go in Montreal) french fries, with a couple of steamies right about now
