anyways i lost interest after doing my first chop (a supra) but recently i have done a few more

I think they look pretty good...the beamer rims look funny on the van but w/e...good job.

Think i could do with learning on how to do bodykits and holes and stuff, any idea where i can get tutorials that dont involve too much cutting and pasting off other cars. Oh and thanks for the comments so far

Nice job on that RX-7, those rims looks great on it, but the motion one looks kinda fake, it looks like its doing like 30000000 km/h in a parking lot

yes i know i think i should have stuck to the first background for the blur effect, i cut the corner of the parking off for the second background.

Here is your stage 2 pict with a bit of edge sharpening.

...by tracing the rough edges of the car with the Lasso Tool you can
sharpen the image by (Layer via Copying) Copying Background material 1 to 2
pixels away from the Car, and moving it a couple pixels toward the car's body.

The Rear Wheel hub was re-centered by (Layer via Copy) and rotated 180?
Degrees to create a wider edge on the left - then a (Layer via Copy) of the
bolt pattern was moved 2 pixels to the right. Both Wheels were Sharpened 91% - again to give them a shiny metal appearance.

Then the Brightness/Contrast were brought down to match the entire scene.

Brake Discs were (Layer via Copied) and then had the spokes removed with the Lasso Tool (Cut). The were colored in Variations Palette.

The Foreground (Pavement) was Lasso Tool (Layer via Copied) and darkened by changing the Layer Transfer Mode to Multiply at 35%.

The Background (Trees and Field) were blurred using 1.1% (Gaussien Blur) to help make the car standout on the page, to simulate the Blur Focus of a Camera Picture, and direct the Viewer's Eyes toward the Car . This is best achieved by using the Lasso Tool to (Layer via Copy) the Car and the Foreground to a Layer above the Background. This let's you blur the Background without it spilling color onto your Car.

3 Lens Flares (Barely Noticeable) were added to both wheels and the rear bumper, also. (Knoll Lens Factory - Software)
