HELP Need to cancel flight

I need to cancel a flight with jetsgo but it won't let me do it online . Now i'm forced to call the toll free number and i've been on hold for over 25 mintues. Does anyone know if there is a different number to call? I need to cancel this flight or i lose my money!! Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Hahah, next time, don't book with jetsgo..
I fly at LEAST every 2nd month...
I've flown with jetsgo 5 times (bought sale tickets)...
will NEVER fly with them again..
not once did the plane arrive on time..
and, as you say, average wait is at least 45 minutes...

that being said, there SHOULD be a place to cancel online... at least, there was last time I needed to do that..

in the future, stick with westjet...
(I just got in to town after missing my connecting flight in toronto because of westjet.. had to spend the night in the hotel..)

Well, youll all be happy to hear Jetsgo is bringing in 15 new flights a day, I know im sure looking forward to dealing/working with there delays

If they cant keep 4 flights a day on time how are they going to keep 19 flights a day on time??
