Well my stupid ipod broke. At first it wouldn't play the songs, now it wont turn on? I didn't buy extended warrenty with it, but will I be able just to do a direct swap at futureshop or will I have to mail it to Apple?

Buy a new one. Swapping one at FS is called theft.

Well I went and checked, now they dont carry them nor will they. The in-store warrenty is only 30 days so they gave us a number to call apple. Yay!
