I would by an FD(3rd gen 7) if i was gonna blow that kinda of money, nothing in that list is terribly fast or even what one could call aesthetically pleasing for that matter, but thats just my own personal opinion...Maxt

In my opinion you might as well get the base RSX. It's an extra 3 grand for all these features I don't consider vital. You're only missing out on ABS (the only feature that I would miss, and probably get put into my RSX), Alluminum Alloy wheels, leather seats and steering wheel, moonroof, lumbar support and a micron air filter from the base model. It's not any faster, it's just more luxurious. You could put that 3 grand to good use for better features and mods.

If you plan to put in racing seats or take out seats, or an aftermarket steering wheel.. see what I mean
