    Default BMW 850i

Anyone know what the specs on the BMW 850i are?

HP/TQ, engine type etc.? I've googled and can't seem to find...

    296HP 5.0L v12

it was 850i from 91-92, and around 93+ it became 850ci

came in manual from 91-92 (or it might have only been 91, or whatever was the first year it was for sale in NA) and then after it was only availible in auto..except the csi

    850csi came out around..96-97?..with 372~hp

    also was a 840ci with a 4.4L V8

I have some old BMW brocheres laying around with all that information...

(my figures could be kinda off because i'm just pulling things from my memory)

Seen this? Some good pics of the M70 engine as its being rebuilt. What transmission are you putting behind it? What are you going to use for an oil pan? That is going to be a huge amount of work to put in an E36
