Talking What gym you work out at?

I have a membership at "The Gym" right now but I cancelled it. Good gym in the North East but its been played out for me (3 years). Lots of muscle heads. I needed a change in environment. Using my brothers membership at World Health. I usually go to the Edgmont club but sometimes the Sunridge location. The Edgmont club is very nice, air conditioned and lots of eye candy. It's kind of far but I only drive my car in the summer so I don't mind the drive. I see a couple cars from this board there. Just want to know who's who so I can say YO!! The Edgmont club is about $55/month I think which is alright. The Gym was $30/month but all you really get is the gym.

I work out at Club Fit, it's not a bad place if all you really want to do is work out. The price there is not bad either. When I signed up, a two year membership cost me $360 - that was a year and a half ago, not sure what it would cost now.

Membership @ the Telus Gym is 3 bowls of Pho per month, and you have to book in 3 month intervals.

    Its a pretty good deal!

I work out at Dynamic Fitness. An excellent gym, never have to wait for equitment, has everything you need. Only downside is that there isn't very much eye candy :madred:, ah well keeps me focused on the wieghts .

    Talking Bay World Health

Where is that one located? Where do you park to work out there. I like checking out different gyms.

I was going to the World Health Club in southport (since as a Colt Employee I get the corporate rate). Not a bad place, most of the equipment is pretty new, and its open 24hours during the week. I really should start going again. Put back on all the weight I lost No one to blame but myself for that.
