anyone tried TDO5 turbine housing?

I was just wondering if any of you have tried to use the TDO5 turbine housing with a 18g compressor housing and wheel? I plan on trying it out for spring, the combo has the potential to suport in the 330whp rang while still spooling faily quickly, it would be great for the people that want more power and cost less then the ct20b.

i would like to hear your thoughts on this idea

Id go for it man. 330whp sounds about right and thats more than enough for the mk2.

It is a reasonable size turbo and it is water cooled which is really nice. It however won''t be as cheap as a CT-20b though. The CT-20b is a bolt in. With the TD05 you are looking at blow off valeves, manifold adapters, braided hoses etc. That stuff adds up pretty quick. I still wouldn't let that scare you off though. If you pull the trigger on it let us know how it goes.
