    Default Help!

    I just bought a car yesterday and i cant turn on the ignition...when i put in the key...it wont turn at all but it can unlock the doors...the guy that sold me the car can turn on the car easily with the key and he says all u have to do is wiggle it a bit first b4 turning it on but i cant do it...the funny thing is...i brought this car to a mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection and the mechanic can turn the car on and his friend could too...so i thought it was just me...i bought the car drove it to my house and now i cant turn the car on at all...so i called the lock smith to check it out...he said something was fishy about the car becuz u can only unlock the doors but not the trunk and ignition...

    what can i do? i got all the information about the guy...if its a stolen car or nething like that...could i call the cops on him and get my money back...if not is it possilble to fix the ignition or change it?

    Is the steering wheel locked? Have you tried pushing the key "IN" real hard then cranking her? Is there a button you need to push ?? And is it the master key you have?

    try moving the sterring wheel while u try to start it, also would be helpful to list what kind of car it is

    If it has a clutch, push the clutch all the way to the floor.

    I did all those things and the car is an automatic...and i have the master key

    the car is a 1994 acura integra

    You need to really PUSHH the key in , and maybe put it towards you , seems like youve just locked it up.
