Default Contours - lots of pics

I think that i should take out a student loan and have some fun with the contour.

    I like these contours

    My Baby

What a combo , another contour and xtreme

I know not everyone likes them, but thats to go with every car. Anyone have any suggestions or comments on what to do?
I think it would be cool to do up because there not very common.

    Thanks
Im am very happy with the contour minus the auto, just wondering what everyone thinks of them or any suggestions to where to start.

Im thinking either start with getting a stick. or start with some rims rubber and suspension action

I say go for the full RS kit or ST220?? kit, and get the Cosworth v-6 24v conversion in her. That should be a bit of fun for a while.

If its a true SVT, put a Vortech S/C on it or do a 3.0L drop in. Im a big Mercury Cougar fan.

I really like the look of the Contour SVTs.....very sleek and subtle lines with the body kit! And fairly quick too!

The countour had its share of problems, but it was a very underrated machine that never really got the attention it deserved in north america. In europe, on the other hand... The mondeo was/is quite popular and there's a fair amount of stuff you can do to them to make them quick. Ford was using the mondeo for their BTCC car. Mmmm BTCC Mondeo

Some of those are pretty pimp!...I really like the Contour SVT's...If you Dont like the Fact that yours is Auto, but want to put alot of money into it, i would suggest selling it and buying a standard one, you'll really regret it later once you want to do Engine mods, and you'll think "I wish my car was standard" ( Trust me ive done it before)....My Mom use to have a Mercury Mystique,( contour equivelant). I didnt mind it, not a terrible little car, which she would have given me , except my Sted-Dad went and Wrote it off tight when i turned 16! bastard! lol
