Thats legitimate. Hes buying something and selling it for a profit, nothing wrong with that. If your selling something you dont have control over what the buyer does with it. What about all those people who buy stuff at yard sales and sell it on ebay (which I plan on doing as soon there are some local ones), is that wrong? Jack up the prices if you want, but then you wont sell it. Is it really worth it just to stop him from making money that you wouldnt have made anyway?

If Im making a mistake and hes doing something that is actually illegal, let me know.

Also, wont bidding higher just help him?

Well, the case here is that the stuff hasn't been sold, and is being listed. For example, the kicker sub does not look like it is sold, yet the ebayer is selling it using that exact picture. Do you think that he has the same exact stuff that we are selling here?

yah so this guys listing stuff on ebay...if he gets a buyer he will go out and buy the stuff from the guy here on beyond and ship it out to whoever the highest bidder is...

its smart in a way but its wrong cuz its not his property...what if someone buys those rims off the guy selling them on beyond and that guys auction ends and he has nothing to ship out what then?

well its not fraud if the buyer on ebay gets what he payed for on ebay.

technically tho it is fraud because he is selling something he doesnt have.

Either way hes gonna end up not selling any of it or hes just gonna get screwed over when he goes to sell something but he cant buy it off the person on beyond.

Let him be hes not gonna get n e where

and beyonders just keep an eye out for someone wanting to buy those items. Whoever buys it just try to get it outta them to see if they are reselling on ebay

How about contacting the sellers of those items and see who they've been contacted by? Find the similarities between all the people who've expressed interest and you should have your guy.

Or someone could report him to eBay with references to Beyond and he'd get shut down fast...
