    Fuck i havent ran in a long time but i mean i didnt think i was this bad out of shape it took me like 8 and a half minutes for a mile hopefully by the end of the week i will be doing better than that

    LOL , just dont push yourself , go slow at first , Ive felt the same way ... Just takes time to get back into shape (Cardio)

    8:10 is a decent time for someone who hasn't run for awhile.

    Shit, some people can't even lap a football field!

    so now atleast ive broke through the the 7 minutes i got 7:50 not great but hell its better than before

    I think you're supposed to do a solid three-week prep period once you get back into running. Saw in Runners World or something. First week, you basically just try to get your heart going. Then you just keep gradually raising the intensity level until you're back at the level you were doing before.

    I haven't done any running in the last three months but I do not look forward to being in the same position as you.

    yeah im not doing any warm-up rounds it is progressing quickly today i did 7:32

    Nice dude , today i did 55 mins at Westside LOL , you gota love haveing TVs to watch ... even though both shows were reruns (Simpsons and Gotti)

    yeah i need to go for longer runs but at the moment this is better than what i was/wasn't doing before ill get into the longer runs once i hit 6 minutes or 6:30 or something cause then i'll actually be where i want to be for a mile.
