If I could make a friendly recommendation, I know you may have paid a lot more for the RAM originally, but I'd recommend you sell them at around $50/module.

You can currently purchase 512MB of PC3200 RAM for $65 at MemEx (Kingston CAS3). PC3200 is an effective replacement for all slower types of DDR RAM.
