does it come with the ac plugin? carrying case?

Yes it has the power plug... no it doesnt have a carry case, but I can get you one for like $20.00 if you want one.

As for the ram, dont quote me on this because it's just a guess, but I would assume that it has 96MB ram and the video is shared, so its taking 16MB ram, leaving a total of 80 for the system to use.
