Default WTB: Mackenzie Lake - Lake Pass

I am interested in purchasing a lake pass from someone who lives in mackenzie, all you have to do is say I live with you. I will either pay you cash right now, or pay half your yearly lake fee's.

I was doing this with a friend but he moved.

If you, or somoene you know lives in mackenzie and may be interested in this, please let me know... I have cash and am ready to get a new pass.

    Thanks.

Whats so great about Mackenzie lake that makes it worth paying $300 to get into?
"A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murderer is less to fear. The traitor is the plague.”

The beach isnt really worth swimming around but you can take the boats out and go for a swim, great to have access and I guess if u are using it quite a few times in the year its worth it...

Only people who had their house built and got lake privilages in the first place are allowed to get a pass. Once a house has it, they must pay for it and cannot get rid of it or transfer it. Some people pay for it and dont use it... so i figure if i can cover half the cost for them, it works out for both of us cuz then i can go to the lake.

I pay $180/year in McKenzie Towne for privledges for nothing. They are building a community hall that I will have access to, but thats it.

There is a new community on the SE corner of 22X and Deerfoot opening up this weekend with a 43 acre lake and beach. Apparently community fees will be from $500-800/year for access to the lake and "beach house".

I'm pretty sure lake fee's for most residents in Mckenzie Lake are not outrageously expensive, unless you live on the lake or have a 2nd, 3rd, or 4th lake access home - that's when you start paying more.

As long as the home owner or someone who lives there is present with you, your ok. I did this before with a friend, but he moved out of mackenzie.

Anyways... hopefully someone who lives there will be nice enough to take my money and get me a pass

I have lake access, and rarely use it, but yeah, any illegal activities and shit would be deeply frowned upon. pm me your offer and what you plan to do, we'll draw up a contract and it's settled.
