I thought it was alright. Could of been better. But i still enjoyed it.

Rampage cracked me up. Met Horn, and Herb Dean.

I thought the card sucked. They had so many unskilled guys from Edmonton fighting real fighters, getting their asses pounded quick.

Almost every fight ended w/a 1st round GNP.

Not one fight had a "comeback".

Only a few fights were close.

The highlight for me was meeting Rampage. He's cool dude.

Hey guys do you have any pics from KOTC Edmonton?

My old insturctor (Elmer Waterhen) and a guy from my old gym( Dave Mah) fought, I heard they did pretty good.

How were their fights? I havnt talked to them since they have been back since im not training right now and will be starting up at a different gym next month (Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu).



Anyone else here train or fight??

I train same as you, once my ribs heal up 100% ill be fighting in 06' hopefully on a consistant basis.

Probably heading down to Detroit for some more MMA training.

Waterhen faught a guy from my gym. My guy, Mike, was looking really good on his feet. I was waiting for him to KO Elmer, Elmer looked outclassed. Then Elmer exploded with a big knee, my guy took it on his chest (i think) and fell backwards, and Elmer smoked him with a 2 good punches on the way down. Ref stopped the fight.

Mah KILLED his opponent, this kid Kyle Cheney. I don't know how Kyle got into the ring, he is a "pro-wrestler" who's never trained a day in his life. Even though Mah was outweighed, he destroyed the dumb kid.

Ya I expected Mike to beat Elmer from what ive heard. but Elmer is definatly a tough opponent!!!

And Dave wasnt suposed to fight Kyle Cheney, his opponent backed out (or somthing like that) two days before so they threw Kyle in there. Thats good though that Dave dominated the fight, hes a great guy, a win in KOTC was good for him. He will definatly be back..

And im pretty excited, the new gym im going to i'll be training under Jason St Louis.

Right Guard Xtreme keeps me smelling fresh

I watched all of the fights off pride from the weekend except Crocop vs Barnett, and Yook Don Sik vs the other asian dude.

I would strongly recommend against spending money on the card. It is pretty weak.
