anyone know what GSP said to Hughes after the fight in the ring that got Hughes all upset??...i can't wait for taht fight....

He said something along the lines of "Matt, congradulations on your victory however I must say I was not at all impressed at what I saw in the ring, I cannot wait for our match"
Matt "Well that's just your opinion" in an angry tone.

Just saw 63, HOLY, Penn is the man, I was totally surprised, I didn't know how he would stack up against the Champ after all this time. But DAMN round two was beautiful --- he owned & exposed Hughes true level of ability. I guess he wanted to win by triangle, but probably could have won if he focused on the arm bar (gorgeous two subs in one!). Plus to learn that he seperated a rib?? What a warrior, plus he does NOT train with world champs (ie. Hughes, with Silvia and Franklin, MFS). Penn is a master and I think he could have won had his rib not done that. Penn made Hughes look like a total fool versus a real competitor.

After he heals up, works the cardio --- Hughes vs. Penn III, will be awesome.

UFC 64 - looking forward to Franklin vs. Silva. Silva's got some good standup should be good to see his groundgame, Franklin's a warrior.

Shamrock-Ortiz: Final Chapter, tonight should be a war. Did anyone catch the Live & Inside? Shamrock said it was his gameplan to let Ortiz tire-out by hitting him in the head. Shamrock said he was planning to turn it on after Ortiz tired out from punching him. :|

[I'm excited for the fights tonight... not so much the ortiz and shamrock fight, but there are some good fights on the card, should be good.

Lots of MacDonald's from Canada in the UFC eh? Hopefully he does better than Toronto's Rob MacDonald.

Wow, some good fights tonight. IMO Matt Hamill may be a good wrestler but his striking is still horrible, but he still won that fight easily.

And Jason MacDonald... Wow... that was an awesome win, I was very very impressed and definately want to see more of him!

And then Tito and Ken... can't say I didnt see that coming, but Ken had a good run.. I am very excited for Liddell and Ortiz though, that should be a great fight.

The Ortiz/Shamrock fight sucked, I don't think Ken was focused at all judging from his entrance. I want my money back!

That Jason Macdonald guy is looking good and I think he could go pretty far, that was a nice triangle plus kamora he attempted.

I'd like to see Joe Rogan Vs Dana White, I wonder who would win...

I totally under estimated Jason Macdonald!!! But shiet keep an eye on that guy!!! WE'VE GOT AN ALBERTA REPRESENTATIVE!! But those yankees still won't know where the hell alberta is!!!!

Tito is too powerful for shamrock!! Finally shamrock is done!!! I new he was done when he lost to Rich Franklin!!! He is just too old and out of his prime!!! I give him all the credit though for steeping in the ring again and settling their hatred!!! But then again it can be all for show!!!

Gotta get the shirt that ORTIZ was wearing after the fight!!!

So Silva was regarded as the underdog in that fight? How was Silva thought of overseas? I assume he was a big star over in Pride etc

Franklin looked wrong during walk-out and before match...
That nose was brutal.
I think he was injured, or tired from the weight cut?
Brutal loss.
Sean sherk beat kenny flower though, that was a bloodbath.

rich got destroyed, a little disapointed in his effort. oh well it leads to a more interesting things for the middle weight divison.
