Taking 8 or so shots and makeing them as one w/o a tripod.
Progress so far. I'll post the finished version when I'm done. The snow dust is a pain.

I was just thinking that while looking at it.. I prefer the other one you posted much more. just my OPINION, but I don't like how the main object (snowmobile in this case) overlaps from frame to frame... I like the gap between them.Originally posted by Ekliptix

i am by no means a pro...and very rarely venture to this part of the forum, bit i actually like the fact that it has a lot of frames, unlike the spaced out one, it gives it a real "busy" look, which normally is not good, but in this case it makes it look that much more extreme....i personally like it a lot, and my eyes wwidened when i saw it scrolling down the page....i say keep it the way it is!
Might look cool too with the opacity lesser and lesser with the first frames and getting brighter and darker near the end of the jump...
I know you don't smoke weed. I know this. But I'm gonna git you high today. 'cause it's Friday, you ain't got no job, and you ain't got shit to do!
I think that fewer frames like the second one that you posted looks a lot better, but damn, either one is cool.
They're both the same amount of Frames per second, it's just that the rider on the orange sled was doing 80km/h when he took off so the pics are spaces out more.
I'll try doing one w/ less frames when I have some time.
BTW, a sledding magazine saw this pic on another site and wants some photos for their next issue! :woot:
