I need to give my precious dog away

I can't have her at my new place,.. she dosn't get along with my new landlady's dog,.. and no -one will be able to watch her during the day when I move

She's 1/2 cocker spaniel and from what we were told, 1/2 mini-american eskimo,.. we were also told she had her shots before we got her,.. when she was 3 mos,.. now she's about a year old

she's a small dog,.. excellent with kids,.. loves to play with little stuffed animals,.. very playful,.. not aggressive at all,.. knows some basic commands
She's an awesome 'alarm' dog.
Her name is Gizmo and isn't fixed

sorry to see her go Jay, but i know its for a better cause.
like he said, dog will bark and guard the door, but is very obdient and playful. also can take a lot of abuse from young children (good abuse) as she is used to it

Good idea, if you dont want or need the money give it to a rescue or SPCA, they could use every penny they get.

My aunt and uncle are looking for a dog but im not sure, might be bigger than they were looking for. Does the dog shed alot? My brother has a straight cocker and it sheds very little. I will get in tocuh with him and ask.

she doesn't shed much,.. less than a cat does.

well,.. even tho there might be ppl really interested,.. I have to be happy with who is going to take her,.. and she'll have to like that person too,.. she has a keen sense on good and bad ppl,.. seriously,.. she doesn't like my ex's bro,.. he's a heavy drinker and fights alot,.. and my dog just dispises him.

This is hard

I work long hours and days

history:

ex wife brings her home as a puppy,.. the family is splitting up,.. she doen't want her now,.. and she's going to have the kids,.. I'm going to be alone, without my kids and unable to look after my dog

maybe I'll try and bring her to work with me and try it,.. see how she does......

This is a tough time,.. please don't flame me

I may seem ok,.. but I'm hurting inside with all sorts of stuff going through my head,.. or maybe if therer's someone out there who can look after her for a month while I get things sorted out in my head.

I can help you look after her until I leave for China in May. She can keep company with George. They'll love each other! Plus now I have some time freed up since classes are over.
