Default FS: Fostex FD4 digital multitracker - digital recording studio

fostex fd-4 digital multi-tracker, great for bands looking to get proffesional sounding recordings in digital format,
it has 4 channels but you can bounce on to 6 seperate tracks - so really you can record your drums (for example) on 4 seperate channells then bounce it to one track leaving you free to record you guitars, bass and vocals all on seperate tracks as well (then you can mix down)

MIDI I/O, two auxiliary tracks for bounces, digital patch bay, optical S/PDIF port, 2 XLR mic preamps, just to name a few features

also i'l throw in a scsi drive - (the recordings are saved to the scsi drive which is connected directly to the recorder - you can later transfer these track onto your computer if you want)

    - remember this is proffesional equipment with proffesional sounding results, it does take a bit a reading to learn how to use it (a thick instruction book) but for basic applications (such as basement recording) it's simple

    * condition: its in perfect condition, like new! ive used it a couple times but never really for anything complicated

    * price - $400 o.b.o. takes it, keep in mind that the same multitracker sells for $800 used down at axe musik (but they dont need new tires and i do)

Thats a sick price, Fostex makes some of the best Pro Audio out there and is very reputable.
