    Hey guys...
    Just saying Hi to everyone... I've been reading here for the past two months and finally decided to join... I really like the forum over any on the Internet... I'm 22 and I live in Calgary... I goto school full time and I work as an inspector for Sears Canada part time... I drive a 2002 Honda Accord... I've already had the car modified but I'm not posting pictures till its rdy which will be in April... I've also got a 2001 Prelude SE which was stock... I just sold to goto school... Anyways I look forward to talking with you all....

    crazy...you have a modded accord, but stock prelude? did you trade the engines over or something??

    No I didnt switch the engine... As a matter a fact I dont plan on doing anything to the engine... I'm all about making heads turn... I'm going for looks, suspension, sound, body kit, and wheels

    : )

    I got the 2002 Accord SE with everything... even leathre... I'm going all out on this car... The problem with the prelude is that its so damn small inside and I do alot of traveling... After the rides it started hurting my back cause I'm quite a big guys... The seats are so damn uncomfortable I'd actually kinda glad too see it go... Both cars I paid for cash ; )

    I didn't know the SE's were available with leather. I thought the only thing separating the EX from the SE was leather and pwr seats. Because the SE's were a special package adding the sunroof, keyless entry, alloy rims, cd player and heated seats to the LX

    But, I do know how you feel about the V6's only coming in auto though. When I bought mine I wanted a 5-speed so I went with the 4 cyl too. The 03 coupes will be available with a V6 6-speed pretty soon though.
    I'm still trying to figure out wether I want another Accord or not, I haven't been overly impressed with mine.

    Your not impressed with the 99??? Hmmmm I tell you after I had the Prelude for almost 1 year I was really un-impressed with everything but the speed.... I love my accord... It just looks like shit stock.... You need at least wheels.... I think the new 2003 Accord are really ugly.... I'm not really impressed with anything Honda has besides the Acuras... which are pimp.... I hate Automatics so I had to get the friggin 4 cly.... no biggie its still fast enough.... I'm going for all looks anyways....

    Your Right I just talked to my friend on ICQ... he worked at T&T sold me my car... He got me a really good deal... He told me that I had the EX-L Accord not the SE

    I thought so. The EX-L is what I have too. I like my Accord, but I think the overall quality isn't quite what it should be. But, I've read that the 6th Gen (98-02) Accords had issues with interior pieces sqeaking, etc.

    I probably won't buy another Accord, but thats just because too many people have them. Way too common for me. If I get another Honda product I'll most likely go for an Acura 3.2 TL-S. I've also got tired of a 5-speed and am going to go back to automatic, especially for the industry I am going into.

    You can't argue with the overall value, price and reliability of the Accord though

    Then again- The fact that I'm 20 and the Accord is my 5th car means I'm pretty picky when it comes to vehicles
