    If you know HTML:

    Notepad.

If you want a WYSIWYG -- What You See Is What You Get:

    Dreamweaver.

Dude ...I'm a begginer... I don't know much... I was using netscape composer, but I can't figure out how to load music..

Why does it have to be so complicated.. plus I too impatient to read the damn instructions....

do you guys know how to do it in a easy way.???

I got dreamweaver XM or something like that.... how do I upload music to my website.....???
