TONS of Police in Shawnessy right now (8:00)

there are like 30 police cars in the shawnessy shopping area right now (like a few at each strip mall, the car wash, moxies, winners) and like 2 police cars on each corner up until the 7-eleven on 162nd avenue

any body have a clue as to whats going on?

There was a huge checkstop on McLod South at the bottom of Cemetary Hill last night.

About 6 undercover Burbans, an Astro, 2 police cars and the mobile drunk vehicle/mobile command unit.

I work at Moxies in shawnessy, and what happened was at around 7 o'clock, an oriental man between the age of 20-27, wearing a blue hoody robbed the Canada Trust Bank with a what was described as a samurai sword and a gun. Cops were in the restaurant talking to people and such for about an hour.
