WTB:Feeler: Old and Busted 91/92 3S block.

Some where in my future is either an engine rebuild or swap. Odds are that I will peobably go with a built block, but I thought I would check and see if any one has a 91/92 3SGTE block laying around that they want to get out of the garage that they will let go for cheap.

I dont know if you plan on going 5s long block stroker 2.2? but if so i have that.

There are 3 things keeping me from going 5S.

The first is that I have new pretty well every thing on the outside of my engine which won't nescissarily swap over. . (oil pump, water pump, idlers etc.)

And there are a number of things that become a PITA when you swap to the 5S like having to find an oil source for your turbo, relocating the oil cooler etc.

The last is that I want a very smooth high rever. The fewer shifts I have to make the better.

That doesn't mean I have completly ruled out the 5S but it isn't my first choice.

Well, FWIW, I have a gen 1 block that you could have for $5 if you picked it up. Totally understand if you dont, but its here for the taking otherwise.
