What has this world come too??? Outright sick , 34 year old rapes a 12 year old in elementary school then later marrys him?

Maybe it was consensual, and maybe she was hot back then. He probably never felt like a victim, because they continued to have "relations" afterwards. I found a few teachers to be hot when I went to school, but never thought of doing them when I was that age.

It is sick that she had sex with a 12 year old. I don't find the marriage wrong though, the guy is 22 now. I don't see it as any different from rich guys who have "trophy wives," except that she's not rich. Guess for her, it's a "trophy husband."

by law....now I'm not saying this was the case, but maybe some people mature faster.....it's not like you reach a magical age, and BOOM you're mature....but it's considered rape at 13, but not 14 (with parental consent as far as I know it's allowed) so really....it's kinda stupid. Although at age 12, most likely he wasn't aware of everything....buuuuut, he was physically mature enough to impregnate her...

Here it's statuary rape if one person is over 18 and the other is under 15. That means seniors can't date freshmen and get a lil busy because if a parent finds out and gets angry, s/he can charge the older one with rape. Weird.

BTW, a teacher at my school just married a former student of his... but they're both really cool. Now she's becoming a teacher too...

But ya, this case is old, I found it sorta funny that the first time she was let out she was caught having sex w/ him when she was supposed to leave him alone.
Another thing, her husband looks older than she does - he looks like he's 40 something and her 'husband' is younger than some of her kids (I'm pretty sure) - I followed this years ago but forgot all the little details.

This story is really old. In their minds, she never really "raped" him. It was consesual, even though according to law it wasn't. The guy was so set on this teacher, that he proposed to her at age 14. When the case was made public, and everyone knew who he and she was, he went through high school defending his love for her when she was locked up, often getting into fights with school mates.
