coilovers if you can afford them obviously. Springs will let you save some money but make sure you get shocks to go with them unless you like a ride that never stops bouncing.

I'm currently having the same dilemma. I have tokico struts on order and I'm not sure if I should go with the Eibach pro-kit springs or the ground control coilovers, which also have eibach springs.... I'm leaning towards coilovers right now....

difference.. coil overs at height adjustables.. springs are not.
get coil overs if you REALLY are gona adjust them.. other wise waste of money.. everytime you adjust them.. you gotta pay for wheel alignment.. i got h&r springs.. lowered the car about 2 inch.. happy enough with it.. and ride's awesome.. struts are on the way soon enough..

Don;t forget, the cheap $100 coilover sets off ebay, just have an adjustable sleeve and thats about it, the expensive $800 a set coilovers are TRUE coilovers, everything in one package, adjustable, and its mainly for people looking for the advantages of coilovers, if u just want a lowered look, get lowering springs and a winter beater for winter if ur car is too low.
