    Rear deltoid can be done on a machine until you get used to working your rhomboids (the muscles in between your shoulder blades). Its done on a pec flye machine (AKA pec deck) but you sit backwards on it, and begin the exercise with your arms straight out in front of you, and opening up until they're just past parallel with your back.

    ive been workin out a for a long time but now that im 18 i decide to go about 4 times a week which is bad i need to straighten up. I weigh 140 and i rep 185 six times. Drinking and working out shouldnt mix its a bad mistake. And for those of you who like getting stoned before you workout it aint bad for you as long as your not too high. I work out stoned sometimes this one time I did 235 two times without a spot when i was high maybe it was the weed

    Here's the problem with this kind of thread..

    ... your numbers are quite good, yet, you are asking "is that really good for my age"

    IMO, someone that can lift that kind of weight has earned that right by alot of hard workouts.,

    I'm tempted to call because it's like you are seeking approval from a bunch of unamonous people on a forum.

    you can also tell by the numbers he posted, lol;

    255 = 2 45 plates, a 10, and a 5 on each side

    or even better; the leg press of 1010

    11 45 plates and a 10lb on each side, lmao i bet those 10s make a huge difference buddy!

    dudes...its not about the weights...its about the form.

    my personal best was ( 2-45lb + 1-35lb ) x 2 + 45lb-bar.
    thats 295lbs. that was for one set of 6 reps before spotter would jump in. that was with near-perfect form. that was when i weighed in at 175-180lb (5'10" hgt).

    that was my absolute best. that took a very long time to get to without injurying yourself. that only happened twice in my 5+ years of training.

    then one day whiile bench pressing that weight again (actually lesser), i injuried myself. my form slipped up and i pulled a back muscle...b/c my stabilizer/core muscles couldn't handle/balance the weight.

    lesson here is...its not about the weight, its about form, form, form!! and always switch up ur routine b/c the ur body will get used to the same routine. you gotta treat ur body to work harder.

    btw before i started training, i weighted in at 125lbs and could barely bench press 95lbs.

    Wow, some of you guys must be freaks of nature! I don't any guys who can bench 200% of there body weight, I'm pretty sure that would fall under a professional power lifting catagory.

    No, professional e-lifting...it's a made-up fairly land. Everyone is invited.

    I was doing about 170-175 consistently, doing 3 sets of 8 reps.

    Stopped working out consistently for a good 7 or 8 months and I just started up again.
    Now I'm down to around 140, 3 sets of 8 reps.

    I'm about 145-150lbs.
