Hi all,

I have a 1 bedroom + den condo available for rent. It is 650 sq ft located in the new Tarjan development. It is located on 6th ave and 10th st. The C-train is a 1 min walk away. This unit is brand new and is available June 1. It comes with 6 new appliances (stove, fridge, dishwasher, washer, dryer, hood fan). Rent is $800/month which includes all utilities except for phone, cable, and internet. It is $850/month if you want a heated underground parking stall also.

is there a balcony? how is the view, what floor? what direction does it face?

Man i pay $650 a month and get by $800 a month i would be nearly broke...come on rich people rent this place. BUMP for a nice place.

Yes, there is a balcony but I didn't take any pictures looking out of it. It faces 6th ave and you can see the river and louise bridge. The balcony has a gas hookup so you can BBQ all year round basically for free as it is all included in the condo fees (which is included in the rent). The unit is on the 6th floor. The similar units in the tower right beside mine are renting around $100-200 per month more than what I am offering. Remember, included in the rent is ALL utilities, even electricity which is often extra. My official possession date is not until June 1st so I can't show anybody the unit until then.

considering its one of the nicest newest properties just built dt, it is a good price. Most places on 17th go for much more and some are just dirty.

i wouldnt count on finding a place more central and as clean or new as this one. Perhaps use the den as the 2nd room?

BTW euro - im not looking for myself (already have a place), but i know people who are, as i passed it on.
