Fire at the Coke plant today? (pics inside)

This all started at about 1030am. Didn't make the local news tonight though.

Anyone know what happened? Took them 2 hours to clear everything. They had the pumper truck hooked up to the hydrant and they pulled the fire hose inside the front door. Don't think they used it though.

I saw this today too. They had everything cleared out around the area, even the Burger King down the street, didn't realize a coke factory was so explosive haha.

Hey! I work at the same building as you lol. I'm on the 2nd floor at schenker.

I'm on the 4th. Some coworkers tried to leave our building to grab some lunch at noon but they were told that they couldn't come back in once they left. So they waited until it was all over!

Must have been pretty serious because they switched off the power to the entire plant for awhile and the Coke sign stopped rotating.

No wonder they blockedd off traffic.
I was tryin to get on the main road by burger king but they blocked it.
I went around to go on another road and they were doing road work.
Took me an extra 15 mins.
