    Does anyone know if there are any new Condo Projects that are going to start being built near MRC or even near SAIT??

    I think they star at 160. There are always condos for sale right behind MRC. My gf lives in one of the buildings, theyre pretty nice. You can get a really small 1 bedroom unit for $130K or a larger unit for just over 180.

    Actually 190K...but I have 2 titled underground stalls. There are 3 buildings here that are mostly all the same and there is usally at least i unit per building for sale or rent...Check it out

    Also there is one building going up behind me right now...and one in the works for next year i think.

    Yeah I live in the Trafalgar building, rent is a little over a grand for a two bedroom condo.

    Hi,

    I live in Rocky Ridge and I am selling my condo right now. It will be a private sale it is not yet listed. It is 15 minutes on a bus the uofc of sait. The bus stop is a 2 minute walk from the condo.
    Very nice buliding complete with gym, movie theater, billiards room and a ton of other things.

    I really like this community, safe quiet not to mention the amazing views.
