Whenever someone suggests a new forum that seems to make sense, like yours, I find that the mods usually turn it down for one simple reason:
Not enough posts about it to make a new section worthwhile, its not worth having someone moderate another forum.
While there do seem to be alot, there really arent enough threads. If there was a section that was only home renovations, then it would seem like there are hardly any.

It would take about a week probably to make just one page, so thats not really worthwhile.
