    Question MA thesis on import models & their web sites

    Hi Everyone,

    I am completing a Master's Thesis that deals with the gratifications that amateur import models derive from authoring personal web sites. (I'm in media studies). Wondering if you good folks could help me out by posting some answers to the following:

    1. what do you think of amateur import models (ie unpaid show attendees who show up at car shows to pose with the cars for fun/attention)? (please note if you are male or female)

    2. do you know any such amateur import models who are age 18+ and have a personal web site who might be interested in an interview with me?

    or... could you post a url to some sites of amateur models?


    Any help greatly appreciated!!!

    lol it's just a job isn't it

    i don't think this is much more different than anyone else authoring their personal web sites and having ppl reply
    it's probably different in that some of them are "selling" looks (beauty or nudity)

    Dragonone, I'm studying only those who "model" for hobby, not for pay...ie not just a job. It's particularly interesting when these ladies also put up a web site...These are the women I would like to interview.

    And, yes, this is for real. People study rather obscure things in graduate school especially in Mass Communication/Media Studies and I guess I am now one of them.
