    its all about the ground control rear shock mounts on e36

    What does that mean? I do not get it. Would appreciate some elaboration.

    Ground control makes one of the the best RSM for bmw's.
    Other alternatives is Rogue Engineering RSM.
    If you dont wanna dish out the extra dough for it, you can get the Z3 RSM or the E36 convertible RSM's (They are stronger but will eventually wreck later)

    this can be bought at tunerworks aswell and most likely cheaper

    E46 convertable mounts +z3 reinforcement plates are the best OEM solution. any E36/E46 mount will work, the only differences are the rubber compound(based on the cars weight, etc.) Since convertables are heavier they have stronger mounts.
