    cf trunck
    remove seats
    remove carpet
remove spare tire and anything in your trunk
basically remove anything that is not needed to make it run

it takes 15 hp/ 100 pounds to accelerate at the same rate of speed

so a 2500 pound car with 175 hp will accelerate as fast as a 2000 pound car with 100 hp. as long as cars are identical
what exactly do power pulleys do?... do you gain anything from them

power pullys have less overal diameter and are smaller then stock usually. They look better too. You won't gain much from them alone but if your despirate for horsepower then every little thing helps i guess.

agreed, what they do is slow down teh rotating speed of the accesories (P/S, Alt, and A/C) thereby reducing the parasitic loss that is naturally there so they free up a couple of ponies. There are huge heated debates on whether they work or not, whether they are hype or fact and it will go on forever. BUT...they are lighter than OEM so rotating mass is decreased.

I didn't know cross drilled rotors were made for weight savings!

If anyone thinks that 204hp and 188ft-lbs in an integra shouldnt run a 13.8. My Nova ran 13.95 @98.9mph after I dynoed 229hp at the rear wheels. (280ish tq though) and that was with 28" tall street tires, open diff with 3.08 gears!

The first 100ft of the run looked like this!

I'm not sure what integra's weigh but I'm sure its a hell of a lot less than a Nova.

Yeah thats part of the huge debate too.. Due to the design of these aftermarket pulleys, the majority do not contain the rubber balancer insert (to save wieght), and have been blamed for excessive crank vibration - even engine damage (which I think is horseshit but whatever).
