WTB: MAP Sensor bypass/Check valve and oil catch for 96-00 Civic turbo project

Im looking for a MAP sensor bypass like the missing link one for my 96-00 Civic.

Im also looking for an air/oil sump tank to put on the line between my PCV valve and my turbo.

There are two different types I believe for hondas.
One is shaped like a diamond (that one fits my application)
the other has two little barbs on it and a hole in it (that fits older applications)

I need the one that looks like the attached pic.

I'd be willing to pay around 45-50 bucks for it, the other option is to just use an aquarium check valve instead.
