    Question 900rr

Any of you own a grey 900RR?

I had a little encounter with one on Friday night.

We did a little run from 3rd to 4th and to his surprise I'm sure, he couldn't pass me

He must have not been trying. Or maybe he saw your driving style and decided it was unsafe....

But if you think your mustang even stands ANY chance against a sportsbike...

No, its not unbelievable that a quick mustang can pull on a bike... not everyone is ignorant to the fact cars can be just as quick as the two wheel wonders.

    Billet has an R1.

with 500whp, i'm not surprised that you kept up with a 900RR. not the fastest bike out but still fairly quick. i've roasted one with my bike.

Ahh...I've always wanted see how my car would stack up against an R1.

Kepted up? He was trying to keep up with me

Check out these vids. Similar setups as my own car against various bikes

What do you run at the 1/4 mile? That 900 will run 12s on a slippery surface. Should pull 11s easy on a sticky surface.

Look at his sig "12.6@121mph" and that was with less boost then what he was running last night

Oh, I never read signatures... but with those times, I guess everything is possible.

    LOL...thats a funny comment.

What does time have to do with a race from a roll?

I'm not saying I will beat him, as I've never raced an R1. But it would be cool to find out.

Did you not watch the vids I posted? There are two R1's vs a Turbo Mustang. Have a look.

No self respecting foxbody mustang owner would put that kit on their car! Have you seen Brads car? I think it is fine without 100lbs of fiberglass on it.

I think putting any kit on a any car ruins the look IMO. Just slap on a nice set of rims and lower it if needed....but hey what do I know I drive a truck and ride a bike

im down for watching it, maybe participating
im on a r1 as well

i remember 2 3 years ago on my cbr600f4, i raced ludelvr??!?! or someone from the board with a red prelude, turboed, i was a newb and when i down shifted to accelerate my revs went wayyyy beyond the red line , but anyways, it was pretty close (maybe i just sucked at riding)

itd be nice to see what happens
