Thx for the bump. Will consider selling the memory stick after the phone is sold.
It's only firmware difference with the W800i.
I did a search D750i is the T-mobile branded version of the W800i.

D750i will be exclusive to T-Mobile's European networks, but otherwise the same as the K750i (asides from color and a bit of cosmetic difference [camera part]).
W800i is the walkman branded version of the K750i with software for music and a dedicated music button. Plus it's different color scheme.

pretty sure one has the 850mhz band while the other doesnt, thats hte only dif tho, similarly between the t610 and t616 sony ericssons

There's no 850mhz version of the K750i, at least not yet. If SE does release a 850mhz verion it would probably be called something like K750a, like the S700i and S710a.
